BeGas, a new member of the Spanish Association of Automotive Suppliers (Sernauto), is a Spanish technology-based company with a strong research character founded in 2015. It is specialized in the development of engines that use ecological fuels recognized by the European Union as alternative energies.
Its mission is to contribute to a sustainable future in the transport of goods and people, manufacturing 100% AutoGas (liquefied gas) Euro VI D liquid injection engines for trucks and urban buses.
Innovation has been part of BeGas’ DNA since its beginnings. Its latest great achievement has been the development of the first family of 100% AutoGas (liquefied gas) engines in the world approved under the Euro VI Step D regulations for industrial vehicles – trucks and urban buses. These engines, available in 250, 280 and 310 hp, drastically reduce emissions compared to the demanding Euro VI D regulations: 51% in CO levels, 22% in PN levels, 57% in Nox levels, 29% in PM10 levels and 87% in HC levels.
