BeGas receives public aid for the assembly of its engines

BeGas Fabrika has been the beneficiary of a total aid of €487,926.44 in the form of a grant and a repayable advance for the design and development of an assembly line for heavy vehicle engines powered by biopropane and a hot test that will allow it to increase its production capacity and improve the quality controls of its product.

  • A grant of €40,500 through the Bilakatu COVID-19 Program of grants for companies affected by COVID-19 that carry out diversification and/or relocation actions, developing new capacities, in business lines, products, services and markets promoted by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment of the Basque Government.
  • A grant of €117,624.45 thanks to the Indartu Programme for companies that make productive investments, leading to competitive improvement and economic development, to boost the Extended Left Bank Zone and other municipalities with an unemployment rate higher than 10% of the annual average of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, awarded by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment of the Basque Government.
  • A reimbursable advance of €94,500 from the Gauzatu Industry aid line to promote the creation and development of technology-based and/or innovative SMEs, promoted by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment of the Basque Government.
  • A grant of €235,307.99 through the 3i Programme for comprehensive support for innovation, internationalisation and investment, from the Economic Promotion Office of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia.
