Madrid, September 17, 2024. BeGas, a company specializing in the manufacture of BioAutogas-powered engines, will be present at the IAA Transportation 2024 held in Hannover, one of the world’s leading events in the automotive sector. During its participation, the company will present its 100% biopropane-powered engines.
Among them, its BeGas EVO 3 engine stands out, available in powers of 250, 280 and 320 HP, designed for vehicles between 12 and 26 tons; its BeGas B430 LG engine, available in powers of 110 and 140 HP, intended for vehicles between 3 and 5 tons; BeGas B660 LG engine, currently in development and scheduled to be available in the first quarter of 2025. All of these engines run on 100% Biopropane (BioAutogas), reinforcing BeGas’ commitment to sustainability. In addition, key components of its engines will be exhibited at the BeGas stand, such as the injection ramp, injectors and catalyst, which stand out for their technological innovation.
Also, aware of the importance of this international event, which is held every two years at Messe Hannover, Germany, the Basque company will be present at the fair from September 17 to 22, 2024. Hannover will once again consolidate itself as the epicentre for entrepreneurs and leaders in the transport industry, and BeGas will participate with a 130 m² stand. In this space, on September 18, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., a conference entitled “The Role of BioLPG in Trucks: New Opportunities with BeGas Motor 100% LPG” will be held at stand Hall 21 F53.
The conference, moderated by Luis Acevedo, COO at BeGas Motor, will address the opportunities that BioLPG (Biopropane) offers for professional urban transport thanks to BeGas engines and will feature relevant figures such as Pedro Silva, CEO of BeGas Motor, John Taylor, Sustainability Manager, Liquid Gas Europe and Jobst Dierks, President, Deutscher Verband Flüssiggas (DVFG), German Liquid Gas Association. In addition, a Spanish aperitif will be offered, providing both an informative and gastronomic experience.
