BeGas, the new associate of the Spanish Association of Automotive Suppliers (Sernauto), is a Spanish company with a technological base and strong research character founded in 2015. It is specialized in the development of engines that use ecological fuels recognized by the European Union as alternative energies (for their operation).
Its mision is to contribute to a sustainable future in the transport of goods and people, manufacturing 100% AutoGas (liquefied gas) engines with Euro VI D liquid injection for trucks and city buses.
Innovation has been part of BeGas DNA since its inception. The latest great achievement from the Company has been the development and good result of the first family of 100% AutoGas (liquefied gas) engines through out the world; approved under the Euro VI Step D standard for industrial vehicles – trucks and city buses -. These engines, which are available in powers of 250, 280 and 310 hp, drastically reduce emissions compared to the demanding Euro VI D regulations. These reductions are: 51% in CO levels, 22% in PN levels, 57% in Nox levels, 29% in PM10 levels and 87% in HC levels.
